Home / Child Safety Standards

TRUEDOTS is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trusted platform for our community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior or content that endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the TRUEDOTS platform, including our mobile applications, website, services, and user-generated content features.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

TRUEDOTS strictly prohibits any content, behavior, communication, or activity that involves, promotes, facilitates, depicts, supports, or attempts to normalize child sexual abuse or exploitation.

This includes, without limitation:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, illustrations, or digitally generated material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor,
  • grooming or attempting to build a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation,
  • sextortion or blackmail involving a minor,
  • trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a minor,
  • sexualized comments, requests, solicitation, or exploitation involving a minor,
  • using the platform to endanger, target, exploit, lure, or abuse children in any form,
  • attempting to share, request, store, distribute, advertise, or link to CSAE or CSAM content.

Any violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence where appropriate, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities.

2. Age Requirements

TRUEDOTS is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create accounts, use the platform, or access adult dating features.

If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may take actions including:

  • account restriction,
  • account suspension,
  • age review or verification,
  • removal of related content,
  • permanent account termination,
  • escalation to authorities where required.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not use TRUEDOTS to:

  • upload, transmit, create, request, or distribute CSAM,
  • engage in grooming, coercion, enticement, or predatory conduct,

  • arrange meetings or exploitative contact involving minors,
  • threaten, blackmail, or extort any person, especially a minor,
  • share non-consensual intimate content,
  • engage in harassment, exploitation, or trafficking.

Content or conduct that presents a risk of child exploitation may be removed even before a final determination is made, where permitted by law and necessary to protect users and the public.
