4. SMS Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting within the TrueDots mobile app, you agree to receive transactional text messages from TrueDots related to your account and platform security.

Program Description
This SMS program is used to send transactional and security-related text messages to users who opt in, including: – One-time passcodes (OTP) – Sign-up verification messages – Login verification messages – Phone verification messages – Account security alerts and fraud prevention notices.
Consent to Receive Messages
You consent to receive these messages by entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box presented during registration or phone verification in the TrueDots mobile app. Consent is not implied by merely providing a phone number; the checkbox must be affirmatively selected by the user.

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, login attempts, verification requests, and security events.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueDots and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
